肾嫌色细胞癌的诊断和治疗(附5例报告)

Renal chromophobe cell carcinoma( report of 5 cases)

目的：探讨肾嫌色细胞癌的临床病理特点和诊治方法。方法：回顾性分析5例肾嫌色细胞癌资料，4例男性，1例女性，年龄34～75岁，平均55岁，结合文献复习进行讨论。结果：5例均行肾癌根治术，术后病理证实为肾嫌色细胞癌。病理分期：PT1N0M0 2例，PT2N0M01例，PT3N0M02例。病理分级：G1 2例，G2 1例，G3 2例。随访1至13个月，5例均无瘤存活。结论：肾嫌色细胞癌是一种低度恶性的肾细胞癌，确诊有赖于典型病理表现及影像学检查，治疗以手术为主。与同期、同级的其他类型肾癌相比，肾嫌色细胞癌预后较好。

Objective： To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics , diagnosis and treatment of renal chromophobe cell carcinoma （RCCC） . Methods： Five cases of RCCC （ 4 men and 1 woman ） were analyzed retrospectively with review of the literature. Their age ranged from 34 to 75 years ,with a mean of 55 years. Results：All cases underwent radical nephrectomy. Postoperative pathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of RCCC. The pathologic TNM stage of RCCC was as follows ： p T1N0M0 in 2 cases , p T2N0M0 in 1 cases , p T3N0M0 in 2 . The pathologic grade of RCCC was G1 in 2 case , G2 in 1 case and G3 in 2. In the follow up of 1 to 13 months , all the 5 patients have been surviving and tumor free. Conclusion： RCCC is a distinct type of renal cell carcinoma exhibiting lower- degree malignancy. Definite diagnosis depends on the typical pathological features and imaging examinations. Sargical operation is the main treatment. Compared with other types of renal carcinome at the same stage and of the same grade , RCCC has a better prognosis.
