摘要 讨论了通过在线监测电动机的电压、电流及有功功率,实现电动机失压、短路及温度超限等故障的速断保护。给出一种能够综合判断电动机运行参数,并根据电动机温度是否超限,决定是否切断电机电源的保护电路。电路能够根据不同的电动机设定参数,具有较好的适应性,安装方便,运行可靠稳定。该保护电路与传统的保护电路相比,不仅无需考虑交流接触器的热稳定性,还省去了热继电器、交流接触器等保护装置的能耗。 This paper aims at discussing how to provide quick-acting switching-off in case of a failure like a voltage disappearance, short circuit or an overheated stator and rotator by monitoring the voltage of the motor current and active power on line. A protective circuit is given which helps to make a comprehensive judgement on the operation parameter of the motor decision whether to cut off the motor power supply will be made according to the temperature of the stator and the rotator. The circuit can set up the parameter according to different motors. It is easily installation, endowed with reliability and stability in operation. Compared to traditonal protection devices, it saves the energy consumption of thermal relay and AC contactor.
