摘要
介绍了无线电遥控的氘灯电源设计方法,对无线电遥控氘灯电源的主电路、遥控发射电路、遥控接收电路等部分,分别进行了详细的论述。主电路实现点燃氘灯的三个控制过程:灯丝预热——高压激发——稳流供电。遥控发射电路实现功能按键的编码与无线电发送。遥控接收电路接收发射电路所发送的编码信息,并完成译码和逻辑控制。该氘灯电源是将高压激发电源、灯丝预热电源、稳流源、无线电接收电路等集成到一起的一体化电源,它被安装于DMD投影系统的内部,通过无线电遥控方式进行操作控制,可以实现对氘灯电源的开机、关机、灯丝电压换档、工作电流调节等遥控操作。
This paper introduces the design for radio telecontrolled D-Lamp power supply, expounds its main circuit, remote control transmit circuit and remote control receive circuit. Main circuit realizes three control process: filament preheat, high voltage impact, stable current supply. The remote control transmit circuit realizes function key coding and radio transmit. The remote control receive circuit receives the coding signals from transmit circuit and decodes these signals, in the mean time, it finishes all logic control. This radio telecontrolled D-Lamp power supply is an integrated power supply, it is composed of high voltage impact supply, filament preheating power supply, stable current supply and remote control receive circuit etc. This D-Lamp power supply is located in the DMD projection system and it is controlled by radio remote operation. We can realize power on, power off, filament voltage exchange, working current adjustment etc.
