摘要 生物工艺智能优化系统BIOS(Bioprocess Intelligent Optimization System)是一个前馈优化系统,在该文中,BIOS系统用来优化MLE(Modified Ludzack-Ettinger)工艺运行。通过获得实时的在线数据如氨氮、硝酸盐氮、进水流量、混合液悬浮物浓度,BIOS系统不断进行模拟计算,然后按照生物反应器进水的污染物负荷状况来提供最佳的DO(dissolved oxygen)设定值;同时为达到最佳的TN(total nitrogen)去除率,BIOS系统还对好氧区回流至缺氧区的内回流IRQ(internal recycle flow)进行了优化。BIOS系统在美国康涅狄格州Enfield污水厂的实际应用情况表明,该系统脱氮效率提高36%,并同时降低曝气量19%。 The Bioprocess Intelligent Optimization System (BIOS) is a feed forward optimization system. BIOS has been designed to optimize the operation of a Modified Ludzack-Ettinger (MLE) treatment process. It conducts simulation calculations based upon online measurement of ammonia, nitrate, influent wastewater flow rate, etc., mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) . BIOS continuously provides optimal dissolved oxygen (DO) setpoints according to the load entering the bioreactor. The internal recirculation (IRQ) from the aerobic zone to the upstream anoxic zone is also optimized in order to achieve the best total nitrogen removal. BIOS is being used at a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Enfield Connecticut, USA, resulting in a 36% increase in nitrogen removal and a 19% decrease in aeration requirements.
