摘要 利用磁导航技术进行心血管疾病的介入手术是目前世界上最先进的创新性技术,导管在磁场的引导下,通过自动推进器可以自动快速地到达所需要的位置,手术时间大大缩短,提高了手术的成功率,并且通过遥控操作心导管可最大程度减少介入医生的X射线辐射。文中就磁导航心血管介入系统的工作原理、磁导航技术的优势以及临床应用进行介绍。 Magnetic Navigation assisted cardiovascular intervention is the most advanced and innovative technique in the world. Under the guidance of magnet and pushed by a motor-driver, the catheter could reach the target automatically within the shortest time. Magnetic navigation system could help the cardiologists to decrease the operation time with a higher successful rate, and be exempt from the X-ray radiation using computerized remote-control technique. The paper has introduced the principle, advantage and clinical application of magnetic navigation system in detail.
