基于小波分析方法的膜片钳信号滤噪处理研究

摘要 以小波变换的多分辨率分析特性为基础,将含噪音的膜片钳信号分解成一系列不同频率分辨率的子带,通过对各个分解尺度的信号和噪音的小波相关系数的分析,设置浮动阈值,从而达到滤噪的作用。 Wavelet transform(WT) is a powerful technique in signal separation and can improve the signal-to-noise ratio by separating the white noise and useful signal.The method in the paper introduces the concepts of Wavelet transform.According to the analysis of Wavelet coefficients between the noise and signal at different levels, the appropriate filter is realized.The patch clamp experiment results demonstrate the feasibility of the method.
