从药厂废液中提取2-萘酚的研究

Study on extraction of 2-naphtol from waste liquid in pharmaceutical plants

采用中和萃取法从药厂废液中提取2-萘酚。废液经过中和、蒂取、蒸馏等提取2-萘酚，对提取条件和影响因素进行了研究。结果表明，较佳工艺路线和方法为：取100ml．废液，用盐酸涮PH至1～2，用二氯甲烷萃取，干燥、旋蒸得粗品，重结品得纯品，回收率达95％以上。

In order to reuse the 2-naphtol, neutralization and extraction method has been introduced in this paper for extract 2-naphtol. This method includes several processes, such as neutralization, extraction and distillation,etc. We have done many research on the extracting condition and effecting factors,the optical results are as follows ： the waste liquids （ 100 mL） were acid to pH 1 - 2, extracted with dichloromethane, dried,concentrated and distilled to get the rough 2-naphtol,then recrystallized to achieve pure 2-naphtol, the extracting rate is over 95%.
