Using the technology of Local Area Net to replace the 'Multi-Microcomputer System' which was used to be applied in Microcomputer Interlocking Control System can make the system more availabe, safe, practical and Maintainable. This article explains the planning and design of the projection according to the system structure, principle of the Local Area Net and the 'Fail-Safe' design principle of railway signalling.
