摘要
叙述了ＩＳＤＮ的基本定义，建立ＩＳＤＮ的原则，Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ的发展以及世界发达国家发展Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ的策略；提出了发展铁路ＩＳＤＮ的设想和建议．
This paper discusses the basic definition, constructive principle of ISDN, developments and strategies of ISDN in the developed countries of the world. The development conception and proposals of China's Railways' development to ISDN is advanced.
