摘要
阐述了作业长制的基本概念和原理，介绍了作业区和作业长的日常管理工作，并结合实施情况提出了应着重解决的问题。
In this paper, the concept and principle of the manager mechanism, as well as the daily management, of the working area are introduced. Besides, according to the practical instance, the key problems which should be seriously resolved in application are examined.
