摘要
为了保证在不同载荷条件下,机床静压导轨具有良好的运动精度和低速平稳性,必须对液体静压导轨的油膜厚度进行有效的控制。在介绍了液体静压导轨的工作原理后,提出了基于直流调速和矢量变频调速的两种油膜厚度控制方案,并比较了两种方案的优缺点。研究结果表明:采用矢量变频调速的油膜厚度控制方案,在保证控制精度的同时,可以使系统的成本降低,系统的可维护性和节能效果更好。
The control of oil film thickness for hydrostatic slide is necessary to improve the performance of movement precision and low - speed stability effectively when the load of hydrostatic slide is time - varied. Two control schemes of oil film thickness based on direct current velocity modulated (DCVM) and alternating current frequency conversion velocity modulated (ACFCVM) are proposed respectively and their performances are analyzed contrastively. Studies show that ACFCVM has the advantages of lower costs, convenient for maintenance and better energy saving.
