摘要
简要分析了温度变化对光电耦合器工作特性参数的影响,提出了温度补偿的主要思路和对称补偿原理,并介绍了一种简单实用的模拟信号光电隔离电路。
This paper briefly analysed how the characteristic parameters of photo electric connector are affected by the temperature variation. The main idea of temperature compensation and the symmetric compensating method are presented. And a simple practical analog signal photo electric isolating circuit is introduced accordingly.
