生态环境法制建设是我国法制建设的一项重要内容,其前提是“良法之治”。可持续发展为生态环境基本法的立法目的,整合现行环境法是立法的必要,其法制的核心是“普遍守法”,关键在于严格生态环境执法,根本是公众环境守法意识的养成。

The legal construction on ecological environment is an important content of the legal construction in our country and the premise is ＂rule of rational law＂. Sustainable development is the purpose of the ecological environment basic law. Conformity of the actual environment law is necessary for the legislation. The core of this environment law is ＂generally law-abiding＂, the key is to execute the environment law strictly and the fundamental is the formation of people＇s cognition to abide the environment law.
