要创建学习型社会,首先就要把我们党建设成为学习型政党。本文着重从“学习型”党组织建设的必要性和高校如何建设“学习型”党组织等方面进行思考和研究。

To initiate a ＂learning for improving＂ society, first, the party has to become ＂learning for improving＂ itself. This article does the initial research in the area of the necessity of the party＇s organizational establishment for the purpose of learning for improving and how to conduct this in higher education.
