摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像及血管成像对脑动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法:对28例脑动脉瘤患者进行回顾性分析,28例脑动脉瘤患者均行3D TOF M RA、M R I检查,其中22例行DSA检查,所有病例确诊后均经手术治疗。结果:28例脑动脉瘤患者共有35个动脉瘤,其中小动脉瘤(<5 mm)16个,M RA+M R I对小动脉瘤的检出率为93.75%。M RA+M R I与M R I、M RA、DSA的小动脉瘤的检出率比较,M RA+M R I与M R I之间差异有显著性;M RA+M R I与M RA之间差异虽无显著性,但检出率比M RA高;M RA+M R I与DSA比较检出率相近。上述四种检查技术对中动脉瘤(>5 mm)及大动脉瘤(>10 mm)的检出率均为100%,差异无显著性。结论:M RA+M R I可成为脑动脉瘤的首选检查方法。
Objective:To investigate value of MRI and MRA in the diagnosis of cerebral artery aneurysms. Methods : 28 patients with cerebral artery aneurysms were analyzed retrospectively. 28 patients with cerebral artery aneurysms were examined by 3D TOF MRA and MRI. 22 patients of them were examined by DSA. All the cases were treated by operation after final diagnosis. Results :There were 35 aneurysms in 28 patients. There were 16 microaneurysms (〈5 mm) among them. The detection rate for MRA^MRIto the microaneurysms was 93. 75%0. MRA+MRI was compared to MRI,MRA and DSA in the detection rate of the microaneurysms. A significant difference was shown between MRA+MRI and MRI. Although no significant difference was shown between MRA+MRI and MRA, MRA+MRI was higher than MRA in the detection rate. MRA+MRI was near DSA in the detection rate. All the detection rate of the four above-mentioned examination techniques to median aneurysms(≥5 mm)and main aneurysms (≥10 mm) were 100%, and no significant differences. Conclusion:MRA and MRI are suitable for the patients with cerebral artery aneurysms ,as well as for the initial diagnosis.
