摘要
本文首先介绍了逆向物流的内涵以及电子商务环境下B2C市场的发展特点。在此基础上,对B2C市场可供选择的三个逆向物流模式进行了分析、比较,并对B2C电子商务市场中,逆向物流的管理提出了自己的一些见解。
In this article, the authors study the content of the reverse logistics and the developmental characteristics of the B2C market of electronic trade, based on which, the authors analyses and compare the three models of reverse logistics for choice. Finally, the suggestions are given as to the management of reverse logistics in B2C marketing of electronic trade.
