摘要
政治体系的稳定需要一个能够长期保持有效性的政治制度作为支撑,政治制度的有效性直接关系到一个政治体系的稳定。我国政治制度的有效性不仅包含内在的有效性,也包括外在的有效性。政治制度的内在有效性是我国政治稳定的内在起点和基本要求,政治制度的外在有效性是我国政治稳定的外在保障和必然要求。
The stability of political systems needs a political institution which can keep long - term validity and the validity of political institutions directly relates to the stability of a political system. The validity of our country＇ s political institutions does not only contain the intrinsic validity, but also includes the external validity. The intrinsic validity of political institutions is the intrinsic beginning and the basic demand of our country＇ s political stability and the extemal validity of political institutions is the guarantee and inevitably needs our country＇ s political stability.
