摘要
高中新课程在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面较原课程有了重大变革。新课程改革能否顺利实施,关键在于教师的素质能否适应要求。根据新课程改革的特点,结合中学教学的实际情况,提出高中青年教师的培训内容应分为通识课程、公共必修课程、专业必修课程和专业选修课程,并对高中青年的教师培训体系、运行和管理方式提出了自己的看法。
The New Curriculum for High Schools shows a lot of important revisions compared with its predecessor in terms of the function, structure, content, implementation, assessment and management of curricula. However, whether the new-curriculum reform can be successfully implemented depends exclusively on the quality of teachers. This paper, based on the features of the new-curriculum reform and in the light of middleschool realities, suggests that the courses for training high-school young teachers consist of 4 categories, i. e. , general-education courses, general compulsory courses, disciplinary compulsory courses, and disciplinary optional courses. In addition, it puts forward the author' s opinions on the training system and its operation and management strategies.
