The Second International altogether passed five resolutions on the international Labor Day, which shows the solidarity of the international proletariat as well as the flexible strategy held by the Second In- ternational. In the implementation of the resolutions, Friedrich Engels＇ quality as a revolutionary proletarian leader, characterized by integrating unshakable principles with flexible tactics, was also conspicuous.
