通过元认知策略训练提高自主学习能力 被引量：7

摘要 元认知策略训练可以分为融入课堂教学的融入式训练和独立于课堂教学的明示策略训练。培养学生学习的计划管理能力、自我监控能力和自我评估能力是对学生进行元认知策略培训的重要内容。
