摘要
教师之间的合作是促进幼儿教师专业成长和提升幼儿园教育教学质量的重要途径。由于各种因素的影响,当前幼儿教师间的许多合作常常流于形式,低效甚至无效。教师文化、幼儿园管理机制以及教育教学等方面都存在阻碍幼儿教师有效合作的潜在因素,需要教师与幼儿园管理者加以警惕,并努力消除。
Cooperation is an important way to promote teacher's professional standard and upgrade kindergarten's teaching quality. Affected by various factors, present cooperation of preschool teachers is often invalid. This article is trying to analyze the underlying factors impeding the cooperation between preschool teachers and bring out the solving strategies.
