Cooperation is an important way to promote teacher＇s professional standard and upgrade kindergarten＇s teaching quality. Affected by various factors, present cooperation of preschool teachers is often invalid. This article is trying to analyze the underlying factors impeding the cooperation between preschool teachers and bring out the solving strategies.
