摘要
G0041-3菌株是从印度新德里市郊的土壤中分离得到的1株放线菌。初步的分类研究认为:G0041-3菌株归属为链霉菌属。该菌株的发酵液具有很强的抗革兰氏阳性菌活性,且对肿瘤KB细胞有较强的杀伤作用。发酵液经提取与分离,得到5个组分。结构分析结果表明均为蒽环类抗生素。分别被鉴别为:cosmomycinB、β-rhodomycinIV,iremycin。
Strain G0041 3 is an actinomycete isolated from a soil sample collected in suburb of New Delhi, India. By the primary taxonomic study, strain G0041 3 is characterized to be Streptomyces. The culture filtrate of strain G0041 3 has strong activity against Gram positive bacteria and KB cell. There are five components obtained by extraction and isolation from the culture filtrate. The results of structural elucidation indicate that they are all anthracycline antibiotics. Three of them are cosmomycin B, β rhodomycin IV and iremycin. G0041 3a and G0041 3c are identified as new anthracycline antitumor antibiotics.
