摘要
图书馆界的重“技术”轻“人文”倾向,以及高校图书馆评估指标的重“输入”轻“输出”诱导图书馆在日常工作中重“藏”轻“用”,致使出现人文关怀弱化甚至失落现象。给高校图书馆人文关怀带来莫大启迪的美国图书馆服务质量评价LibQUAL+项目和清华大学借鉴LibQUAL+进行的图书馆信息服务评价调查正在呼唤着呼之不出的人文关怀。文章剖析了我国高校图书馆人文关怀的业内现状,并就人文关怀的实施提出了自己的几点看法。
Because of the tendency of technology above humanities and the evaluation criterion of input above output, the libraries pay more attention to collection than to usage, and the humanistic concern decreases and even disappears. To be joyful, the humanistic concern is being canonized by the evaluation project of American library service quality LibQUAL+ and the evaluating investigation of the library information of Tsinghua University. This paper analyses the present situation of the university library humanistic concern in our country, and proposes severat own views on how to implement the humanistic concern.
