摘要
本文通过分析我馆现行人事工作改革的状况,提出了我馆人事工作深化改革的系列举措,阐明了改革过程中应以人为本,进而建立行之有效的机制等。
Through analyzing the current reforming status of library personnel administration in China Jiliang University, the paper proposes a series of actions to be carried to further the reform. It states that in the process of the reform an effective system is to be established by taking human beings as the basis.
