摘要 分析了注射成型过程中各工艺参数对制品翘曲的影响,并通过对不同部件翘曲影响因素的分析总结出最重要的影响因素是保压压力,其次为模具温度和注射速度。优化工艺参数是减小翘曲变形的合理且可行的途径,但是由于注射成型过程的复杂性,翘曲优化模型不尽相同。根据优化目标函数的不同将优化模型分为间接优化和直接优化,并分别进行了详尽阐述。最后对为提高优化过程的计算效率,引入一些“替代函数”的翘曲优化进行了分析。 The factors affecting the warpage deformations in the injection molding were discussed; injection speed, packing pressure, and mold temperature were considered as the key variables. Various direct and indirect optimization models were proposed to deal with the complexity of injection molding for reducing the warpage deformation. In order to improve computational efficiency of optimization, applications of some surrogates constituted a new trend. The future development in the molddesign was forecasted.
