摘要
以端羟基硅油和甲苯二异氰酸酯合成的端异氰酸根聚氨酯预聚物(PUP),对9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)改性的环氧树脂进行接枝改性,制备出兼具韧性和阻燃性的新型环氧树脂。对产物的结构进行了傅里叶红外光谱表征,通过热重分析及氧指数测试对产物的阻燃性能进行了表征,并用冲击强度测试和扫描电子显微镜对增韧效果进行了评价。结果表明,当DOPO含量为15%(摩尔分数,下同)、PuP含量为10%时,产物的阻燃性能和韧性最好,其氧指数达到29.4%,冲击强度达到15.9 kJ/m^2。
Epoxy resin containing 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene 10-oxide (BOPO) was modified with isocyanate terminated polyurethane prepolyrner(PUP), which was synthesized with hy- droxy silicane oil and 2,4-toluene diisocyanate. The structure of the modified epoxy was characterized via FT-IR, the flame retardancy was evaluated through thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and limiting oxygen index (LOI) ; and the toughening effect was assessed by the impact strength and SEM. When the content of BOP(3 was 15 % (molar ratio to pure epoxy) and the grafting ratio of PUP equaled to 10 %, both the flame retardancy and toughness exhibited optima with the value of LOI being 29.4 % and impact strength being 15.9 kJ/m^2.
