摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,选用HP-5毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二环己酯为内标物,柱温为230℃,进样口温度为250℃,检测器温度为270℃,对吡草醚的分析方法进行了研究。该方法的标准偏差为0.13,变异系数为0.13%,平均回收率为100.85%,线性相关系数r=0.9999。
A quantitative GC method with capillary column for pyraflufen-ethyl was established using dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard and column temperature 230℃ , injection temperature 250℃, detector temperatures 270℃. The resuts showed that the standard deviation was 0.13, the coefficient of variation was 0.13%, the average recovery was 100.85%, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 respectively.
