摘要
对邯钢2000m^3高炉炉体整体水平推移的理论与实践进行了全面总结。通过技术创新,并充分吸取国内外类似高炉推移案例的优点,采用滑动摩擦推移方法,使重量5206t、高度33.100m的高炉炉体,整体水平推移37.400m后准确就位,并使整个工期提前11.5天,取得了较好的经济效益和良好的社会效益。
The paper introduces the theory and practice of translocating the entire 2000m^3 blast furnace stack in HISCO. By technological innovation and digesting the advantages obtained in translocating the similar blast furnaces home and aboard, the blast furnace stack in HISCO which is 5206t weighty, 33. 100m high has been entirely shifted 37.400m and relocated 11.5 days earlier than the scheduled, resulting in good economic and social benefit.
