摘要
在产品的设计和生产阶段,都需要通过多个评价指标对其整体品质进行评价。指标的权重分配十分重要,直接影响评价结果。对此,提出了从主、客观两个角度出发分配权重的方法———权重由“层次分析法”和“基于类间标准差的权重分配方法”共同确定,前者体现主观性,后者体现客观性。两种方法所确定的权重按一定比例合成,得到最终的权重集。作为一个应用实例,该方法被成功用于继电器产品的模糊综合评判中。
During the designing and producing stage, it' s necessary to evaluate the quality of the product through many estimation standards, The distribution of the weight value of different standards is so important that it will directly affect the evaluation results. Therefore, to distribute the weight value of different estimation standards from both the objective and subjective perspectives, that is, weight values are co-determined by AHP and analytic between-class standard deviation process were proposed, The former reflects subjectivity and the later objectivity, The weight values determined by these two methods were synthesized in proper proportion to get the final collection of weigh value. This method was used in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of relay products as an application instance.
