摘要
针对不间断供电的需求,介绍了一种以M68HC908SR12单片机为主控芯片的双电源转换控制器的研制方案。在用电设备中,基于采样、比较的工作原理,在单片机上运行软件,实现对两路电源的实时监测。结果表明:当常用电源发生过压、欠压和缺相等故障时,双电源转换控制器能自动地切换到备用的正常电源,从而实现两路电源之间可靠地切换,保证了连续供电。
To satisfy demand for uninterrupted power supply, the developing scheme of double power switch controller taking M68HC908SR12 controller as main control chip was introduced. In power service equipment, based on the working principle of sampling, comparing, running software on the M68HC908SR12 controller, the real-time monitoring for two-way power was realized. If faults such as overvohage, undervohage, phase loss etc. being found in the normal power, the standby power was switching-on by the double power switch controller, the switching between two-way power was reliably finished automatically to ensure the continuity of power supply.
