摘要
介绍了国内外连续重整重芳烃利用工艺技术现状,根据连续重整重芳烃的原料特点和已有的加工经验,提出了进一步深化连续重整重芳烃开发应用的萃取精馏-异构化联合工艺技术路线。该工艺将连续重整重芳烃的直接利用和间接利用有机结合起来,不仅可以大幅度增加均三甲苯的产量,而且能副产连三甲苯、均四甲苯、间/对甲乙苯、系列芳烃溶剂油副产品,实现高附加值产品多元化,使连续重整重芳烃利用的综合经济性得到改善。
Current status of (CCR) unit was summarized. Based on the existing processing experience, a proposed to further optimize the util direct and indirect utilization of said f heavy aromatics utilization from continuous catalytic reforming the investigation of the characteristics of CCR heavy aromatics and combined process of extractive distillation and isomerization was ization of said heavy aromatics. The combined process integrated heavy aromatics, which not only increased the yield of 1,3,5- trimethylbezene, but also produced byproducts, such as 1,2,3- trimethylbezene, 1,2,4,5 tetramethylbezene, meta/para methyl ethyl benzene,and series of aromatic solvents. As a result,the economic benefit of the utilization of heavy aromatics from CCR was improved.
