摘要
用正交法探讨了竹纤维在HNO3稀溶液体系中以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)单体接枝共聚反应的最佳条件,结果表明,当引发剂硝酸铈铵浓度为20mmol.L-1,引发反应体系的HNO3浓度为0.05mol.L-1,m(AA+AM)/m(竹纤维)=7,反应温度为25℃,时间为3h时,接枝率可达99.85%。同时,该体系在微波条件下,反应时间为5m in时,接枝率可达99.65%。FTIR和SEM分析结果表明,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺单体可成功接到竹纤维上。
The best grafting conditions of bamboo fiber which grafted by acroleic acid(AA) and acryl amide (AM) in HNO3.dilute solution system by planing. The results showed grafting ratio got 99.85% when the conditions were follows :concn of ammonium 'eerie nitrate was 20mmol · L^-1, concn of HNO3 was 0.05mol · L^- 1 , m ( AA + AM)/m( bamboo fiber) = 7, reaction temperature was 25℃, reaction time was 3 hours. And the grafting ratio got 99.65% when reaction time was 5 minutes under the microwave condition. The acroleic acid and acryl amide could graft on bamboo fiber successfully.
