高血压脑出血手术治疗(附120例报道) 被引量：1

摘要 高血压脑出血是急性脑血管疾病中病死率和致残率最高的疾病，对其是否需要手术及手术方式尚未达成共识。目前主要的手术方式包括标准大骨瓣开颅血肿清除术、小骨窗开颅血肿清除术及立体定向穿刺血肿引流术等。我科自2000年6月至2005年6月手术治疗高血压脑出血患者120例，取得较满意的疗效，现报道如下。
