本文从中国改革与发展现状出发,论述了企业能否成功,企业家起着至关重要的作用.造就一支优秀的企业家队伍是社会主义市场经济发展的迫切需要.要成为优秀的企业家就得提高素质,加强修养.作者综合政界、企业界的议论,结合亲身体会,概括归纳了“企业家应有的素质要求20条”及“企业家修养10不”可供参考.
The entrepreneur's importance was discussed according to the present situation of reform and developments. To bring up a contingent of excellent entrepreneurs was a urgent task for the development of the socialist market economy. It should have good qualities and mastery to be excellent entrepreneurs.
