The traditional techniques of mammoplasty by implantation often injure the gland tis-sues. Here we report a new method of implant mammoplasty by an approach around the areola not in-juring the gland tissues. This technique avoids the complications of interfering the senses of nipple andarella, with satisfactory results. In this paper we intruduce in detail the design of surgical approachesand techniques, its advantages and disadvantages.
