加入世贸组织给我国建筑业发展带来前所未有的机遇,但也对我国建筑市场机制、质量管理体制形成威胁,我们应积极面对WTO给我们带来的机遇和挑战,要正视现实,转变观念,以求加快与国际接轨。
Enteringinto the WTO brings us a lot ofnew opportunities, however, it also brings us threaten in the fields ofeonstruction market mechanism and quality management, we should envisage reality, transfer concept, react actively to the opportunities and challenges WTO had brought, so as to quie ken our steps to meet the WTO standards.
