摘要
本文将充分吸取近几十年来国际经济理论研究成果的思想精华，结合当代中外高技术企业国际化成功与失败的经验教训，就高技术企业国际化的几个关键环节（技术、资金、人才）作较为深入地探讨，提出一些具有普适性、深刻性的思想观点。
This article combines essencial thinking absorbed from the research on intenrational economics in recent decades and link with successful or unsuccessful internationalization of high tech enterprises at home and abroad.Becide,it makes futher discussion on several key links,such as technology,capital and talent,and presents some universal but deep ideas.All these efforts aim at giving certain contribution to the internationa lization of Chinese high tech enterprises
