我国的信托陷入前所未有的困境,其原因不是缺乏实践,不是缺乏学术研究,也不是缺乏控制和监管,而是我国的信托生不逢时并且出现了制度设计上的失误,使得信托的功能受到扭曲,信托的作用无法正常发挥。重建信托制度势在必行,而且我国已经具备了条件。

Trust in China has fall dawn into a difficult position. There are a lot of practice, study, control and supervision in the area of trust. It is the system design that has done a wrong work and the system was built in a wrong time. Trust is not correctly treated and used in China. The system reconstruction must be carried out and we have got suitable social conditions.
