摘要
介绍了三维测量系统标定技术目前国内外应用现状以及存在的问题,提出自由置位固定编码多目标跟踪提取连续图像轮廓的自动标定技术,同时给出了此技术的具体实现算法;然后,通过利用文中提出的程序算法,得出了相应的实验结果,并对标定精度进行了比较、分析;最后,得出了文中算法可以使操作更加简单、方便,并且能很好地保证轮廓边缘的定位精度,同时使整个系统的自动标定精度保持在0.02~0.05mm范围内的结论。
Present condition at home and abroad and open question of calibration technique based on three--dimensional measuring system are introduced. At the same time, the author propounds a sort of Auto--calibration technique which is named multiple target tracking for checking outline based on random placement and regular number. In addition, concrete arithmetic is given. Secondly, according to the arithmetic, relevant experimental result is gained. Furthermore, the result's precision is analyzed. Finally, a conclusion shows that the operation is simplified and orientation precision of edge of image outline is ensured by the arithmetic. Moreover, calibration precision is kept within 0. 02-0. 05 mm.
