基于DSP的边界层分离点实时检测系统

摘要 针对微型热膜传感器阵列用于边界层分离点检测,设计多路恒流源驱动电路、滤波检测电路,并以DSP为核心器件设计动态数据采集系统;根据边界层分离特性,采用FFT算法进行分离点位置判定;实验证明该系统可以有效地检测出边界层分离点位置,并能满足测控系统的实时性要求。 Micro- thermal-film sensor array is used to detecting the boundary layer separation point, the multi-channel constant current driver circuit, filter and attenuator circuit of sensor array are designed, and the dynamic data acquisition system based on DSP is designed. In accordance with boundary layer separation characteristic, FFT algorithm is adopted to the separation position criterion. The result demonstrates the system can detect the separation position effectively, and the real- time capability of dynamic system can he adaptive for the integrated detection and control system.
