摘要
针对能实现自动中和酸性污染物(HCL、HF、SOx)和收集灰尘、避免有害气体和灰尘的排放的垃圾焚烧炉脱酸装置这一实际工程对象,研究其系统的建模与控制;由抽象出的受控对象模型,设计出半干半湿法烟气脱酸中动态前馈加Smith补偿的的自动控制系统,介绍了此系统的结构、工作原理、控制方案;并对此控制系统进行了深入的仿真研究,实验表明,该控制方案很好地达到了控制物料比值的工艺要求,简单实用,对实际工程具有指导意义和参考价值。
contraposing the actual project object of flue gas deacidification equipment, which can actualize neutralizing acidic pollution (HCL, HF, SOx), collecting dust and avoiding discharging noxious gas and dust automatically, system model building and control are st udied. According to the object model abstracted, the dynamic feedforward and Smith compensation automatic control system in BGBS deacidification of flue gas has been designed, and the structure, principle, control scheme of the system has been also introduced. And then thorough simulation research into the control system has been done. The experiments show that the control scheme achieves the technics requirement of controlling the material ratio, also it is very simple and practical, so it has guiding sense and reference value to the actual project.
