沥青混合料均匀性与性能变异性的关系

Relation of Homogeneity and Performance Variation of Asphalt Mixture

为了研究沥青混合料均匀性与性能间的相互关系,基于数字图像处理技术,通过沥青混合料均匀性指标,利用回归方法对沥青混合料均匀性与空隙率、动稳定度及力学强度间的相互关系进行了定量研究。研究结果显示:沥青混合料均匀性与性能的变异性之间存在相关性;均匀性较差的沥青混合料,其性能的变异程度较大;均匀性较好的沥青混合料,其性能的变异程度稍小;表明控制沥青混合料组成结构的均匀性对控制性能变异性有重要意义。

In order to study the relationship between homogeneity and performance variation of asphalt mixture, based on digital image processing technology, using the regression method, the relationship between homogeneity of asphalt mixture and air void, dynamic stability and mechanical strength of asphalt mixture was quantitatively investigated via the index of homogeneity of asphalt mixture. The results show that correlativity exists between homogeneity of asphalt mixture and performance variation of asphalt mixture; the worse the homogeneity of asphalt mixture is, the more the performance variation of asphalt mixture is; the better the homogeneity of asphalt mixture is, the less the performance variation of asphalt mixture is, which indicates that there is an important significance to control performance variation of asphalt mixture by controlling homogeneity of asphalt mixture composition structure.
