关税减让对我国农产品进口的影响分析

An Analysis on the Effect of Tariff Reduction on Chinese Agro-products Imports

本文运用理论和实证的分析方法,研究了关税减让对我国农产品进口的实际影响。研究结果表明,关税减让与我国农产品的进口之间存在着高度的负相关关系,在影响我国农产品进口行为的诸多因素中,关税起到了主要的作用,但并非唯一因素。同时,关税减让与农产品的进口额、进口结构之间存在密切的关系,最后,还提出几点政策性意见。

Since January 1st, 2006, China continues its responsibility to reduce Ago-products imports tariff and cancel more than one hundred kinds of tariffs. This paper discusses the effect of tariff reduction on Chinese ago-products import by the theoretical and practical ways. It explains that there is a highly opposite relationship between tariff reduction and Chinese ago-products import. And tariff reduction plays an important role among many factors affecting the imports , but not the single factor. Also, there is a close relationship between tariff reduction and import or import structure, and the tariff rate has a direct impact on the ago-products import. But reduction range doesn＇t always have the same rate with the import and import structure due to other reasons. Finally, some suggestions are given here.
