跨国公司R&D投资对国家创新系统的影响——基于东道国的分析

Effect of Multinational Corporation's R&D on National Innovation System——Based on Host Country

国家创新系统今天越来越受到跨国公司R&D投资的影响。本文基于主成分分析的方法,以东道国为视角,对跨国公司R&D投资对国家创新系统的影响作了实证分析。研究发现,跨国公司R&D投资对国家创新系统的知识创造能力、企业技术创新能力和创新绩效作用并不显著,但它显著地促进了知识流动能力和技术创新环境,并且带动了国内企业的R&D投资,从而对国家创新系统产生积极作用。本文最后提出了相应的政策建议。

Based on theories of principal component analysis, this paper analyzes the effect of Multinational Corporation＇s research and development （R＆D） investment on the National Innovation ＇,System （NIS） from the host country＇s view. It argues that the effect of R＆D on knowledge creative capacity and innovation performance of NIS is of insignificance. However, through improving the capacity of knowledge flow, the environment of innovation and technical spillover and crowding in ,domestic R＆D investment, R＆D of Multinational Corporations produces positive effects on NIS.
