摘要
通过对绿豆RFLP分子标记图中特异片段序列的扩增,建立了一种利用PCR方法来检测、鉴定绿豆成分的方法。该方法成功地扩增出了470bp大小的绿豆特异基因片段,通过对大豆、豇豆等其他豆类作物的验证,表明该引物具有较强的特异性,可以用来作为食品中绿豆成分的鉴定基因或绿豆转基因检测中的参照基因。
Mungbean ( Vigna radiata) is an important pulse crop. In this study we based on the specific RFLP nucleotide sequence of mungbean establish a PCR method for detecting and identifying mungbean ingredient in food. The result indicates this amplification fragment is specific to mungbean species and can be used as identification gene or inner control gene of mungbean.
