摘要
为了研究水力旋流器用于油水分离的复杂情况,使用FLUENT软件中的多相流欧拉分析方法,结合雷诺应力湍流模型对单锥式旋流器的内部流场进行了数值模拟.分析了旋流器内部的体积浓度分布、压力分布,以及切向、轴向和径向速度分布的规律,揭示了油水两相流的分离特性.在不同流量下,计算出了旋流器的流量-效率曲线,计算结果与实验数据吻合较好,从而证明了该湍流模型和数值算法的可靠性.
To study the complex flow in the hydrocyclone for oil-water separation,the inner flow field in the single-cone hydrocyclone is numerically simulated using Fluent software.Eulerian multiphase flow model and Reynolds-stress turbulent model are both applied to this simulation.The distribution laws of oil-water two-phase volumetric concentrations,pressure,tangential velocity,axial velocity and radial velocity in the flow field are obtained,which reveals the separation characteristics of oil and water phases.The flow rate-efficiency curve of the hydrocyclone is obtained and the calculated efficiencies are well in agreement with experimental data,which shows the reliabilities of the turbulent model and the numerical simulation method.
