摘要
在排队系统的设计或运营管理中,需要考虑顾客和服务双方的利益,以便在某种合理指标上使系统达到最优。该文以此作为理论依据,建立了门限优先级系统的费用模型。运用排队理论建立的仿真模型对门限优先级系统的费用问题进行了量化分析。结果表明:随着服务率的增加,由于信元的逗留时间及丢失率减小,与之对应的排队损失费也随之减小,但同时服务费在增加;系统总费用有它的最小值,这时对应的服务率是最优值。这种分析方法在排队系统的设计中具有重要的参考价值。
In queue system design or management, it is essential to consider the benefits of both the clients and service departments in order to optimize the system with reasonable targets. According to above theory, the fee model of threshold priority system is established in this paper. The simulation model established by the theory of queue is used to analyze quantitatively the cost of threshold priority system. The results show that with increasing of service rate, the queue losing fee reduces for sojourn time and losing rate reduced, while the service fee increases. The total system fee has least value and the corresponding service rate is the optimized value. In queue system design, this analysis method is very important.
