摘要
尾回转桨在倒车制动时,负荷产生变化,其所受力及力矩等有可能超出允许范围,引起桨叶稍、随边等处部分折弯损坏,因此有必要研究倒车过程中螺旋桨特性、柴油机特性和船体特性之间的相互匹配关系。该文对液压驱动的尾回转推进系统进行了计算机仿真。建立了系统仿真模型,包括螺旋桨特性‘推力系数—进角’和‘扭矩系数—进角’函数、船桨子系统、变量泵一油马达子系统以及控制子系统和对控制系统的操作程序等。对加减速过程、倒车制动过程、回转推力器制动等多个过程进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。
The load of trail rudder propeller is changed in astern brake process, the force and the torque may be overstepped. It aroused the blade tip and blade edge to be break and mangled. It needs to study the matching relation of the propeller and ship hull. The hydraulic drive rudder propeller system is simulated based on Matlab/Simulink. The system simulation model is established including the functions of the propeller characteristic : ‘ propeller thrust coefficient ct- advance angle φ' and ‘ propeller torque coefficient cq advance angle φ' ; ship and propeller system ; pump of variable delivery type and oil motor subsystem ; control subsystem and the operated programs. A lot of process are simulated, such as the acceleration, deceleration,astern brake and full turning process, etc. , and the simulation results are analysed.
