一种多级轴流涡轮变工况特性的仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 远离设计工况时的涡轮特性分析可以预见已设计好的涡轮级组在工况变动时其功率、效率、流量、压比、转速等性能的变化规律,使之在运行时能提前作出全面判断,为整个系统的工况计算和调控设计提供必要的数据。因此精确预测变工况时级组的性能变化具有重要的经济性和机动性。该文采用气动函数法计算涡轮特性线,建立了远离设计点的多级轴流涡轮特性线计算的仿真模型,绘制了多级轴流涡轮变工况计算核心图,并用计算方法提供某具体级组的效率特性、压比特性,在此基础上分析了超临界和重热系数对轴流涡轮变工况的影响。 By analyzing the turbine' s off design behavior, particularly apart from the design behavior, the changing regularity of off design power, efficiency, flux, pressure ratio, rotating speed under the designed turbine set can be predicted, and the overall characteristic before operating. It will provide the needed data for the whole system' s behavior calculation and design of regulation and control. Therefore, accurately predicting the set' s characteristic curve under the alternative behavior, particularly aparting from the design behavior, will be more important for the set' s economy and mobility. The turbine characteristic curve calculation adopts pneumatic function method, A simple model aparting from the design point of multistage axial flow turbine' s characteristics curve is developed in this paper, and central disgram of multilevel axial turbine apart form design point is provided. It obtains the efficiency characteristics and pressure ratio characteristics from the calculation method, then on this basis it analyzes the collective influence of supercritical and reheat factor on the axial flux turbine behavior aparting from the design point.
