在地面数字电视标准发布,移动多媒体广播行业标准颁布,直播卫星顺利升空,“三网融合”进程加快,IPTV、手持电视等新媒体业务迅速发展,我国有线电视数字化全面推广的新形势下,有线电视行业面临着更大的挑战与更多的机遇,大家开始思考“后整转时代”的发展问题。本文通过对ICTC2006研讨盛况的全面报道,紧紧围绕“后整转时代”的业务发展和网络改造问题,将大力发展互动视频增值业务、加快有线网络双向化改造等有参考价值的观点以及部分先进地市的典型经验梳理成文,希望能引发业界人士的思考。

With the publication of the DTTV Standard and the Sector Standard of Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting and the smooth lift-off of DBS, the progress of 'triple play' is quickened and the new media services such as IPTV and handheld TV are rapidly developing. In the new situation that the digitization of CATV in China enters a stage of its comprehensive popularization, the CATV industry is facing even greater challenges and even more opportunities, and everyone is beginning to think on the development question in the posttransform era. Based on the comprehensive report of the grand occasion of ICTC 2006, some viewpoints worthy of reference and typical experience from part of advanced prefectures and cities are introduced concerning an energetic development of interactive video value-added services and acceleration of bidirectional transformation of cable network and closely around the service development and network transformation in the posttransform era.
